The preliminary discussion...

After your initial contact by phone or email, your request will be saved. As soon as I have checked your desired date in the calendar, it is still free and the general conditions meet your expectations, we will meet for a non-binding preliminary discussion. The process is relatively identical for every type of celebration. Regardless of whether it is a wedding, a birthday or a company event.

The binding commitment and the contract

After your verbal agreement, I will draw up a contract for you with all the agreements and wishes so that both sides are protected.

I am your contact for questions about your event up until the day of the event and beyond. Perhaps you are looking for something special for your celebration or a recommendation from another service provider.

The party can begin

On the day of the event, I will be ready for you 30 minutes before the event begins. Depending on the location, we usually need 2.5 - 3 hours to set up beforehand and around 1.5 hours to take down, which takes place immediately after the event.
